 Focused on tools for Reps
 New recruiting brochures
 Share membership data with reps
 Work one-on-one with Reps on kick starting

 Social networking (Facebook) has proven to be
an accelerator of area activity
 Going forward need to add new areas and
refresh some Reps

10. Bylaw Changes
 Change all references of Z3CCA to ZSCCA
 Change Annual meeting to not be at “homecoming”
 Added Member @ Large and News Letter Editor to Club
Officers
 Allow an Officer to be remove by member vote
 Allow BOD to create additional Officer Position
 Only require six months of membership for Officer
Position
 Amendments to Bylaws only require Majority Vote
 Added details for Officers Election
 Changed BOD Quorum to five.
