Description: The OPF Portal is the Order Management System which provides the
interface for different employees of datacentre to process an Order. The Portal includes
different modules like Employee Management, Products Management, Stores Management,
Clients Settings, Menu Management, VP management, Reports, Documents and complete Order
Processing with Approval Matrix. The Order process consists of different functionalities like
raising an Order, Upgrade/Degrade, Deactivation/Reactivation and Migration of Order to other
team etc. Entire process flow is defined based on the Approval matrix and User Permissions based
on different employee departments like Sales, Pre-Sales, Implementation, Accounts, CPM, Service
Delivery and Stores etc.

Description: The CMDB Portal provides an interface for Implementation department to build
the Assets based on the Orders raised. Once the Order processing completes with all
approvals and comes to the Implementation stage, the team uses the CMDB portal for
building assets based on the Order configuration. This Portal contains the Asset
Management where all the Asset Master data will be managed with different groups and
items. The Assets will be built for an Order with selected Line items for e.g. Dedicated
Server with RAM 4GB, Hard disk 1TB etc. While building an Asset the system generates an
Asset Unique ID and Asset label which are auto-generated and used for sticking on Racks
containing Servers (Hardware components) in the Datacenter.

Description: The Enterprise Customer Portal is the end user interface which is provided to the
Ctrls customers with different sections like Order details, Infra, Billing details, IPAM,
Support, Monitoring, Bandwidth calculation etc. It contains different types of Monitoring
tools like Nagios, MRTG graphs. Using this portal a customer can view his Orders, Infra,
manage his Billing, get the Support and Monitor his Servers. This portal is the end user
interface which connects with multiple applications like OPF, CMDB, IPAM and tools like
Kayako, Hostbill etc. through multi database connections and API’s, fetches all the data
and populates to customer through which he/she can use or manage multiple
applications or features through single interface.

Description: IFL is a Ticketing tool provided to the IFL Customers based on which all the
Incident and Change Requests can be handled through the portal. Actually portal consists of
different categories i.e., Category, Type, Item and Summaries based on which tickets are
segregated and raised. Here in this portal is developed with complete ticketing system features
which consists of Kayako(3rd
party tool) as backend performing actions. The tool also
provides the TAT report in which complete ticket history with SLA breach and First reply
breach details are provided. Also a complete innovative way of alerting system is given
based on ticket status and sla breach time as per the requirement.

4. Description: BYO (Build your own) Channel is the website which provides an interface for the
Users to create/build their own channels with Songs or own Voice-overs or Ads of their
choice. This portal is like an online radio where user can search with Albums, Artists, and
Songs, enjoy different types of Music can share their channels to others.
As and when a user registers into the BYO Channel, he/she can add their own channels or
playlists. While adding the channels the users can make the channel for public access or only a
private access (where a limited set of users can use it). Through special services called DiJi, the
user can arrange his songs in the playlists, mingle the ads in between or over the songs, can add
special sounds and build a nice channel of his own choice.
