 ASHES. SO IN THIS CASE WE DISCUSS
 EMERGENCE OF GANGULY AND HIS

team next to Azher, Sachin and
Jadeja.
 Saurav Ganguly had a dignified style
of game.
 Team facing controvercies of match
fixing.
RESURGENCE

 With the help of coach John Wright
 Developed several traits of leadership.

 Managed team members as brothers.

 People called Dada or Big Brother.

position of captain was,
 Coaches (owner) actions against his peers was
not accepted by Ganguly.
 Age Barrier

 Intraprenuers in the team.

 Loss of public support for the team

POSITION IN THE SQUAD.”

 Left apart for 18 months.
 People and critics presumed his carrier at an
end.
 But he made terrific comeback after 18 months.

 Scored nearly 3000 runs in his 21 months left
as a player.

Ganguly was at best of his form when he
retired. But just as comparing to a
manager he retired to replace him with
better players. So thereby he always
supported best talents.
CONCLUSION

We know that Saurav Gangly is the best captain
of Indian team and and M.S Dhoni is the captain
of best Indian team. Dhoni’s team was built in the
pillers created by Saurav Ganuly. So Saurav
Ganguly is an apt example for leadership skills in
cricket, which in real life can be connected to a
managers leadership skills.
