elaboración de ramos para toda ocasión como: bodas, cumpleaños, día de la madre, 
día de la mujer, arreglos fúnebres, entre otras; manejando única y exclusivamente 
flores naturales.

OBJETIVO 1: crear y mantener una imagen de responsabilidad y eficiencia. 
 Estrategia: Responder a cabalidad por los pedidos realizados, respetando las 
elecciones hechas por los clientes. 
 Táctica: Contar con el personal necesario y debidamente capacitado para 
la correcta información y distribución de los pedidos.
OBJETIVO 2: Posicionar la marca de la empresa como una de las primeras en el 
campo de la floristería a nivel local, regional, departamental, nacional e internacional. 
 Estrategia: implementar todo tipo de información publicitaria con la marca. 
 Tácticas: Mostrar o dar a conocer la marca por medio de publicidad ATL y BTL.
