Group assignment (3-5 persons in each group)
The Malay customary tenure evidenced the existence of a land tenure system prior
to the introduction of the modified Torrens System in Malaysia. Discuss whether
the features of the Malay customary tenure are relevant and suitable to be practiced
alongside the main features of the Torrens System.
Please submit by Monday 28 April 2014.
You will also be required to present your findings during tutorials between 29/4/14
to 5/5/14.
