Introducing SOA as a concept to a business is tough. It is even tougher when it has been attempted twice before with no success. Then it was rebadged as a tactical directive to focus on identifying an ESB tool and installing and implementing it despite limited alignment to enterprise strategic context that is either business or IT-related. Gina will share their story of how they got started, their challenges along the way, what they demonstrated as early wins using WSO2 and where they are heading with it now.
