The trail class tests the
maneuverability of a horse
through an obstacle course.

Pleasure
Evaluates horses on manners and suitability
of the horse for a relaxed and slow but
collected gait cadence, along with calm and
responsive disposition. The horse should
appear to be a "pleasure" to ride,
smooth-moving and very comfortable.

Equitation
Measures a horseʼs versatility and
training in a four part competition
consisting of Dressage, Ease of Handling,
Speed Trail, and Cattle Work.

rider dismounts and ties three legs.
