There are two options for setting up an automatic feed from Wayne Reaves Software to Credit Acceptance: 1) Calling Wayne Reaves to set up a nightly auto feed or 2) Manually feeding from the Wayne Reaves software. There is no cost to the dealer to use Credit Acceptance. The dealer can upload inventory to Credit Acceptance by clicking "Upload Inventory" which will show selling prices and web prices to send. After uploading, the dealer can check that the file uploaded correctly on the FTP site.

There are TWO Easy to Use Options for Setting Up and Feeding the Authenticom Site:
1. Call Wayne Reaves and we will set up an auto feed to go nightly
2. Use the following set up to manually feed from our software
There is NO cost to the dealer from Wayne Reaves Software to use Credit Acceptance

2. Choose Third Party Finance Company Setup from the Utilities menu

3. Choose Credit Acceptance from the list and fill in the credentials – This only has to be done once.

4. When the dealer is ready to send the file to Credit Acceptance for the night,
they will click on “Upload Inventory” from the Inventory Menu.

5. The dealer will see all of the inventory that will be sent to Credit Acceptance
along with the selling price and the web price. If the web price is 0.00, the selling
price will be sent. If the web price is greater than 0.00, the web price will be
sent. Click on “Upload to Credit Acceptance” when you are ready to send.

6. After the file has completed the upload, you may click on the “Open FTP
Destination” to ensure that the file has been uploaded. We highly
recommend this the first time.

7. You should be able to see the file that has been uploaded. Make sure that it has today’s
date as well as the size is greater than 0.00 kb

8. To setup Credit Acceptance as a lien holder, click on Utilities Menu – Lien Holders

9. From this screen, you can add or double click to edit Credit Acceptance.

10. Dealer will input the information from Credit Acceptance as instructed.

11. Dealer should click on Sell a Vehicle to start a sale.

12. • Select the type of Deal as “Outside”
• Select Credit Acceptance from the Lienholder selection
Click on Special Finance
To figure the deal
Click on the warranty
Magnifying glass if

Warranty, etc.

13. Enter the warranty information before clicking on “Special Finance”

14. After clicking on Special Finance, click on the first option to Figure selling
Price based on the amount to finance.

15. Enter the amount to finance from the CAPS sheet along with the other deal information
Click on the
Calculate
Button and the
Sale price will be
Backed into.

16. The finance screen should now show the correct information.
After the rest of the information is entered, click on Print Forms

17. Enter the amount to receive from the lien holder, and the hedge fee will be backed out.

18. Deal Recap screen will show breakdown of profit along with Total Profit.
