Career Background
 A joiner by trade, working my way through the industry , as working foreman, site agent/manager, eventually
as site based senior site manager, for the last 18 years.
 Specialising in refurbishment, commercial and leisure industry ‘fit outs’with various ‘new build’ aspects.
Some house new build experience.
 Many contracts with intense programmes and in ‘live’ venues,and all that entails, requiring careful
organisational and diplomacy managerment skills.
 Managing small to large teams of sub-contractors,contractors,tradesmen.
 Controlling site logistics.
 Dealing with the client, professionalteam, site visitors,members of the public and the team, always in a polite
and professionalmanner.
