James Dean is the president of TrueCourse Advisory Services, a consulting firm for the financial industry that is a member of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association. He is involved in the NBPCA's anti-fraud efforts and co-chairs their Law Enforcement Alliance Program, working with the National Cyber-Forensic Training Alliance on cyber security and fraud related to prepaid cards. TrueCourse provides consulting services to financial firms regarding business, IT, security strategies, and program management.

TrueCourse is a member of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA). Jim is a member of
the Prepaid Anti-Fraud Forum of the NBPCA and co-chair of the NBPCA’s Law Enforcement Alliance
Program. In this capacity has worked closely with the National Cyber-Forensic Training Alliance (NCFTA)
regarding cyber security and fraud in the prepaid industry. TrueCourse provides consulting services to
the financial services industry in the domains of business, IT and security strategy as well as large scale
program management.
