3. INTRODUCTION
 In today’s day and age most of the activity in the business
world depends on computerized information.
 Our project is about computer institute for Anubhav
computer institute.
 Anubhav computer was established since 2009 . and
managed by Mr.SHARD JADHAV.
 The purpose of developing this project is to decrease the
working the load of management.
 The proposed system will increased the managing
system and its performance for future .

4. TECHNOLOGY USED
 Front end: - visual basic 6.0
 Back end: - Microsoft access

5. Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0:-
 VISUAL BASIC is a high level programming language .
BASIC means beginners all purpose symbolic instruction
code.
 Now there are a many version of VB exist in the market.
 Visual Basic 6.0 was the final edition of the software. This
version improved the productivity and ability for web
applications.
 Visual Basic was developed to be easy to learn, with a quick
learning curve and a diverse scope of possibilities.

6. Microsoft Access:-
 Microsoft Office Access, previously known as Microsoft Access,
is a relational from Microsoft that combines the relational
Microsoft Jet Database Engine .
 MS Access stores data in its own format based on the Access Jet
Database Engine.
 Software developers and Data Architect can use Microsoft Access
to develop Application Software.
 An object oriented programming language that can reference a
variety of objects.
 Visual objects used in forms and reports expose their methods
and properties in the VBA programming environment.

7. EXISTING SYSTEM:-
 The current working system in the Anubhav computer
institute is totally based on manual system.
 It is tedious job to work on the system it is hard to
maintain data or the information of each and every
new record of the student detail.
 This system is totally based on paper work, there for
the chance of human error is more.

8. DRAWBACKS OF EXISTING SYSTEM
 It’s Very Time Consuming
 Loss Of Data Redundancy Of Data
 Unable To Generate Till Date Record
 Sorting The Record
 Searching Particular Record
 Computing Record Such As Fees, No Of Student Etc.
 More Manual Work

9. FEATURES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM:-
 The proposed system enhanced to all functionalities of the
existing system.
 The entries of the record are easily stored.
 The transaction reports are easily generated.
 Print out of the fee receipt can be easily taken, which save
the time.
 Records are easily search retrieved.
 The system deals with various activities done in institute .

10. Scope:-
 Create different system users and assign different roles with
related permissions.
 The Notification will be released through offline and manually.
 Centralized data maintained.
 Administrator: A person who is responsible for working of a
system.
 Database: It stores the information of the entire admission
system and student details
 Seats Management: Adding and deletion of seats to the
counseling, cancelling admissions.

15. Overview:-
 The class meets to finalize the advertisement, criteria for
admission and preparation of the list.
 All application forms received by the Manager are listed in
order and sent to the Admission Section.
 The list is complied according to the criteria as decided
by the committee and the principles of reservation as
class Rules.
 The committee is to meet again to consider and finalize
the list within a specific date.
