WHO WE ARE
Brasov was a leading exporter of utilitarian
vehicles and bearings, as well as the industrial
epicenter of Romania for decades. Now, small yet

of the main reasons for which Ina Schaeffler
chose Brasov as a location for one of their

As the end of the two world wars was seeing
massive recruitment of specialists by the Allies, so
was the case after the communism downfall.
Years after, we could still find great "old school"
engineers eager to help out the new generation.
We collaborate with engineers

know-how in order to design
custom parts at any given
specifications. Since Romania
had many industrialised cities in
the communist era, we have
been carefully recruiting
veteran engineers as

These are highly skilled
individuals that used to design
large installations for refineries,
automotive factories or

We also produce custom works
at very small runs (starting at
four pieces), which makes it
easier for our clients to
purchase low amounts at a
relatively low production cost.
The parts are produced in the
European Community and
executed in accordance with the
DIN620 standards. Tolerances
and parameters (inner, outer
diameter, width, parallelism) are
according to ISO76 and ISO281
standards, and in terms of load
ratings, the standards are also
complied with.
The materials used (according
DIN1.7131 and SAE 52100) to
manufacture these parts, are
hardening or improvement
steels generally used in the
production of standard
bearings (21MoMnCr12,
16MnCr5, 15Cr08Mo, 42CrMo4,
....), which are subject to
treatment in order to bring
them to 60-64 HRC hardness.
For the quality control of our
products we use the latest
methods and measurement
devices to determine their
quality (ISO9001).
