2. Before the Telephonic discussion
 Know about the job roles and responsibilities and be prepared for it.
 Know the nook and corner of your resume.
 Be prepared with the questions from the basics.
 Make your environment.
 Make yourself available is the scheduled time for the call.
 Choose a silent surroundings
 Use an earphone/headphone with mic
 Always have a paper and pen handy
 Record the call.
 If you can and if interviewer don’t have any issue, record the call.
 This recording will help you to self-analyze yourself
 After the call, you can documenting the Q/As of the discussion for your personal
development

3. During the Telephonic discussion
 Have a pleasant approach
 Present your confidence
 Let the interviewer to speak – Just try to listen
 Self-introduction is important.
 Be very precise
 Showcase your positives
 Be prepared with the projects and skills/tools that you have mentioned in
your resume.
 Initially don’t include something in your resume that you don’t know.
 While explaining projects, tell interviewer how you did it and its
advantage/significance.
 While explaining the skills/tools, tell interviewer when/where/how you used it.

4. End of the telephonic Discussion
 End with a thank note.
 And ask the post interview questions – If any.
 After the discussion with the technical HR, intimate the HR you are in contact with
that you have finished technical interview.
