This document provides instructions for students to take various personality tests online to learn about themselves, research emotional intelligence on another website, then write two papers applying what they've learned about managing their moods and behaviors as an employee. Students are asked to take two or three personality tests, research EQ, bring five new facts into an analysis of themselves, explain how they will change behaviors and why with examples, and write two APA formatted papers with at least five scholarly references from 2021.

Learn more about yourself! Go to http://www.outofservice.com/bigfive/. There you will find a
variety of personality tests such as Are you a Type A?, DiSC, MBTI, TKI, the Stress O Meter,
and other IQ and personality tests. Most are free and often fun to take. Take two or three of your
choice. Print the results you get on yourself and bring them to class, where we will discuss the
validity of your findings and what you can do to improve how others perceive you.
What is EQ? Visit the Internets leading site on EQ: http://www.eq.org. There you will find a
wide variety of resources to assist you in researching this interesting topic.
Bring five new facts you learned from at least two of the above websites into your analysis of
your moods and emotions in the workplace. Based on what you have learned about yourself, how
will you apply this new learning to your role as an employee? That is, what behaviors will you
change? Explain how and explain why. Be sure to provide examples with your explanations.
Write at least 2 Papers and 5 references from google scholars not older than 2021 and used in
text citations from every reference or article not older than 2021.USE APA 7 Format in your
