method of managing employees. This is a struggle shared by the employer as well as the staff. When
organization is unstructured, communication is sporadic and expectations are unclear to individuals
helping you. Workers are then left feeling unsupported and unmotivated. This case results in a huge
possibility of your outsourced employees to get unproductive.
At any amount of outsourcing, employers are up against the task of setting up a powerful means of
managing their projects. The process involves many facets involving communication (both in
language and technology) and accountability. Employers are better in a position to manage their
employees when they have the capacity to set parameters and clear techniques for oversight and
communication.
