1. Attention Ex-employees of Educomp Solutions Ltd.
Dear all Ex-Employees of Educomp Solutions Ltd. Company. Who have
not received Full and Final Settlement amount ( F&F) from Educomp
Solutions Ltd.
Before I start, Let me Introduce myself, I am Vijay Suryawanshi Ex Backup
SCC of Educomp and resigned from Educomp on 31 July 2013. Now I come to the
point the matter is that it has long since I have resigned from company. I have
sent so many reminders regarding my full and final settlement amount to Myhr
team. From the First day they did not respond me properly. Therefore I called
Mrs. Divya Lal National Head of Educomp Solutions Ltd., for the same issue but I
didn't get proper reply from her as well, at present the matter is pending and I
did not get any positive response from MyHr team except their assurance that it
is under process.
After waiting so long when I did not received F&F. I decided to knock the
door of the labour court for this purpose I have sent a Legal Notice to
Educomp Solutions Ltd. on 17 March 2015 through my Lawyer. But till
now I have not received any response from Educomp.
So Finally I have decided to file a suit the labour court. So that I can
receive Full and Final settlement amount.
And finally I assume that I shuld not only be one who is facing this
problem. Therefore If any one of you who has not received your Full and final
