This document outlines a green card purchase plan offered by Green Celsius. Under the plan, customers purchase biodiesel from Green Celsius in units of 60 liters for Rs. 2,500 per unit. Green Celsius then uses the funds to purchase biodiesel in the open market and sell it, completing one "cycle." After 50 cycles are completed, the customer is eligible to receive Rs. 4,000, a benefit of Rs. 120 per unit. The green card provides access to purchase biodiesel, withdraw funds, or purchase products from Green Celsius partners. There is a 90 day lock-in period before customers can request a refund, which may be the current value of 60 liters of biodiesel minus a Rs

2. Each Associate has to present a perfect plan to the customer

3. Green Card Purchase plan is not an Investment scheme or Share manipulation.

4. Green Card Plan is a simple purchase process in which customer purchase the Biodiesel from Green Celsius and does not deliver the actual Biodiesel.

5. 1 unit = 60 Liters = 2500 Rs Price and Quantity Subject to Market Situation 1 unit of biodiesel is sold for Rs. 2500 and contains 60 liter of biodiesel.

6. N units = N × 2500 Ex. 40 Units (Biodiesel) = 40 × 2500 = Rs. 100000 Any customer can purchase any numbers of units of Biodiesel costing in the multiples of Rs.2500.

7. The fund given by the customer will be utilized by green Celsius to purchase the biodiesel from Open Domestic market.

8. The Biodiesel purchased will be sold by Green Celsius in the open market.

10. Completion of One cycle gives us the benefit of Rs. 120 for 1 Unit i.e. 60 Liters (2 Rs/Liter).

11. Post Completion of 50 cycle customer is eligible to receive Rs. 4000 in response to Rs. 2500 given by him.

13. LOCK In Period Lock in period is the duration in days in which customer cannot ask for the refund of his amount given to Green Celsius for the purchase of Biodiesel. If the lock in period is over and 50 cycles for the sell are still not completed then only the customer can ask for the refund of his amount. The standard Lock In period is decided for 90 days.

15. Deductions TDS will be deducted from the benefit given to the customer as per the Tax slabs.

16. Benefit will be given to the customer only after completion of 50 Cycles. If the 50 cycles are completed within the Lock In period customer will be provided with the maturity amount. After 90 days. And if the 50 cycles are not completed within the Lock in period customer has to wait till the completion of 50 Cycles.
