Pantaloons Reward program
• 3, 5 and 7 star members can avail of free home delivery. The purchased merchandise
will be delivered within 72 hours at the address given by the member. Home delivery
will be available only for apparel.
• 3, 5 and 7 star members can enjoy exclusive billing counters.
• 7 star members can avail of assisted shopping. Members need to make a prior
appointment for the same.
• Your Green Card discounts are exclusive and cannot be clubbed with
Special/Corporate/Employee privileges.
• On sale preview days, discounts will be available to Green Card members only.
• Shop for Rs.8,000, Rs.20,000 or Rs. 40,000 within a span of 12 months and upgrade to a
3, 5 or 7 star membership respectively.
• Shop for Rs.8,000, Rs.20,000 or Rs. 40,000 within a span of 12 months and retain your
3, 5 or 7 star membership respectively. If these shopping limits are not maintained the
member will be assigned one tier below the existing tier.
• Shop for Rs.8,000, within a span of 24 months and retain your 1 star membership. If
shopping limit is not maintained the member will be terminated
• Membership to this program is restricted to individuals with a permanent address and

Points Accrual Rule

The construct of the program is as follows:-
Eligibility
--On any amount of purchase
(The customer will share his details during the billing, of which mobile no will be mandatory for
enrollment)
Points Accrua- 3 Points on every INR 100/- purchase ( The customer will earn 3 points for every
INR100 spent.
For example if a customer:-
Spends INR 499, he will get 12 points(system will calculate on INR 400 and not INR 499), as the
transaction unit is not 100. If the same is required to be revised, kindly let me know)
Point Value: -1 Point = INR 1/-
Points Accrual Rule
-Points can be accrued only on the purchase of non-discounted products.
(Customers will not accrue any points during EOSS, the offer will be removed from the backend
to disable the same during this period)
Points Redemption Rule
--Minimum of 150 Points to be in your account for First redemption.
--Points can be redeemed on non-discounted and discounted products
(The customer needs to collect 150 points in his account for the first redemption, post which
there will be no threshold. Redemption will be open throughout the year even during EOSS)
Points Validity --1 year from the date of issue
(If the customer does not redeems his points post one year of accrual. The same shall be lapsed.
A communication in terms of a SMS shall be shot to them informing the same)
Bumper Shopping Gratification
--Issuance of 10% points within 15 days for Bill Value above INR.8000
--Validity of points 90 days from the date of issuance
(This activity shall be done manually from the backend by ER team on a regular basis)
Also clear about how to prevent froad at front end and about reports for the same..
--We monitor Frauds on a day-to-day basis. A dedicated team in-house will be monitoring these
activities.
--Anything that seems out of place with respect to benchmark and brand trend will be
highlighted to the management within 24 hours.
--We will be sharing weekly reports for the same as well
