This Lesson is for Kindergarten. The student will count the number of objects. The teacher will have
blocks in a basket on the table. At each child's station there will be a chart. On the charts there will be
numbers for each block. The child will choose blocks form the basket, Then he will put the numbers of
blocks onto the chart. Each set of blocks will have a number beside it. For example, there is three block
s on the chart along with the number three written beside the three blocks. The child will pick three
blocks from the basket and put it in the space provided in the chart. Once that task is accomplished, the
teacher will have the computers on the web page http://www.wmnet.org . At this website student have
many counting games to choose from. They can count the spots on the lady bugs to leaves. This
website is kid friendly. It will keep the child's attention because of the bright color and animation.
