1. Being knowledgeable about Agile, Kanban and Lean methodologies does not alone make one an effective Agile coach. Effective coaching requires additional skills like conflict management, team building, and persuasion. 2. When starting with a new team, an Agile coach should take an outsider's perspective to understand the team's dynamics and culture before suggesting changes. 3. An Agile coach must be able to consider opposing ideas and perspectives simultaneously in order to effectively facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts.
