About
A Physiologist with 25+ yrs experience in laboratory animal medicine. I have spent over 5 years each at two of the largest AAALAC accredited animal care programs (UC Davis and The Ohio State). I have lead 2 lab animal residency programs and taught all levels and in many field, research or academic environments. I am comfortable in complex surgical situations and with all species. I have been project manager for construction of 3 animal facilities (AQ, BSL3, NHP) and consulted on others. My current goal is to find opportunities to use my knowledge and experience to improve research and veterinary medicine. I am interested in traveling and in giving back.
