Everybody Blames Somebody as Nobody Does What Anybody Could Have Done
1. Everybody, Somebody, Anybody & Nobody
This is a story about four people named Everybody,
Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. There was an important
job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody
would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did
it. Somebody got angry about that, because it was
Everybody’s job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it,
but Nobody realized that. Everybody wouldn’t do it. It
ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody
did what Anybody could have.

3. International Women’s Day
International Women’s Day is marked by women
around the world on 8th
March each year. We
celebrated the occasion in style by conducting an
‘Ethnic Wear’ on the following day.
A Word of Inspiration on this special day from our
respected female employees working in Maintec. It
indeed will have profound impacts on all our lives!
Mamatha Devaiah B – Sr. Business Manager
“Start your day by saying to yourself – Today is going
to be a great day. I can handle more than I think I can. Stop
worrying about yesterdays’, think of today & plan for
tomorrows’. Allow yourself to dream, this takes you a way
beyond to achieve it. All I’ve got to say, have a positive approach,
things will look and change accordingly.”
Malathi Krishnan – Associate Manager
As per the Wikipedia, the status of women in India
has been subjected to many changes over the past few millennia.
The history of women in India has been eventful. Today, women
in India continue to face atrocities such as rape, acid throwing &
sexism everywhere. Amidst all these, my thoughts are, yes there
is still a long way to go but we’ve definitely come a long way. I
thank all the women in my life (home, workplace, and friends)
who have significantly contributed to an independent, upright &
a hard working woman I am today.
Suman Vaidya – Sr. Business Manager
A woman is the epitome of tenderness, care and
wisdom but this does not mean that they can’t be strong. We’re
women but not less than any men and can achieve anything if
determined to. To achieve or succeed in life you need to have
dedication, focus and commitment. That’s how I look at my
career achievement. One has to dream big & work towards that
to achieve the same. That’s why I would say, “You’ve got
everything to take the world in your stride”.
Holi Celebrations!
Holi, is one of the major Indian Festivals that is celebrated in
early spring. We celebrated this day with loads of fun and had
organized a flower arrangement competition which brought
out the uniqueness in each and every employee of Maintec!
Happy Ugadi!
Ugadi heralds the arrival of spring and warmer weather. As
such, it is a joyous festival signifying growth and prosperity
and as with all New Year festivals, it is a chance to put the
errors of the past behind, make predictions and a good time to
start new ventures.
Ashwin and Sofia from Accenture Department had made the
day even more special by singing a classic song that’s usually
sung on the auspicious day. We truly enjoyed every bit of it!
Thank you once again!
THANK YOU
