INTERNSHIP/PROJECTS
Internship at BHEL(Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited) on Manufacturing of Turbo Generators
Practicalstep by step manufacturing process of Turbo Generators in plant. The manufacturing process
of turbo generator is mainly divided into stator section and rotor section where stator frame, core,
windings, end covers are received from the stator building section and rotor with rotor windings are
received from rotor section and assembled at the assembly section. Each and every process is carried
out in a sequential process.
Mini project at SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)
Project is about monitoring and controlling data of electrical components from various substation.
Remote terminal unit which are present at every substation are connected to sensors and the
acquired data is converted in to digital output and that information is transferred to supervisory
station.
Detection of Power Theft in Transmission Line
Mainly focused on detecting power theft in transmission lines. When theft is occurred the relays at
substation get tripped automatically and location of fault area will be displayed on LCD or PC.
When the load exceeds the threshold value the relay operates and trips the circuit thus protecting
equipment from overload and over voltage.

Co-ordinated App days organized by Mozilla Firefox’14 at SNIST
Organizer for ICC SNIST’S technical fest INNOVISION’14 at SNIST
Worked as organizer to look after proper functioning of events as planned in Sreevision fest.
Reached to quarter final round in state level chess championship
