This document contains information about two projects: the Museum of Bio-Medical Technology and the renovation of Queen Anne's private residence. The MBT project involves constructing a 5-floor, 110,000 square foot museum with space for permanent and temporary exhibits. The Queen Anne's residence project entails remodeling a 900 square foot existing home into a two-story, 1500 square foot residence by adding a second floor in a mid-century modern style and including an open office/living room layout with sliding bookshelves.
