This document describes an IoT platform called Aura that monitors remote environments. It monitors numerous physical and chemical parameters like temperature, humidity, air quality, location, and more. The platform provides dashboards and was implemented by Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts to monitor freezer temperatures and reduce food waste, improve food safety and quality, and provide business intelligence insights. It automated temperature monitoring to replace manual inspections and helped make timely decisions.
