Licensure Track for Counseling Professionals
Designed to meet the educational require-
ments for the Licensed Alcohol and Drug
Abuse Counselor (LADAC) and Associate
(LSAA) in New Mexico. The weekend format provides
a concentrated learning experience while allowing
participants to meet their weekday employment and
other obligations. Each 16 hour class meets the
national standards of NAADAC and is approved for
CEUs to the NM Counseling and Therapy Practice
Board. The series is 14 classes for a total of 224
hours. Approval to enroll in the Substance Abuse
Studies Training Program (SASTP) is required.
