Dev.AppZil.vn 2-1. Step1 - Selection of Member Type
Location : Home > Developer Member Join > Select Type
AppZil developer members are classified into 2 types.
① Individual Member
Individual Member is a developer member who does
not have business license.
② Corporate Business Operator
Corporate Business Operator is a developer member

Before joining AppZil developer Membership, you
should agree to Terms.

Agree to Terms of Service, Seller Terms of Service

Developer Member`s information screen for
registration.
① Enter Member`s Information
- You should fill out general information and
remittance information.
- If you have business license, you should fill out
business information.

Location : Home> Developer Member Join> Confirm via E-mail
E-mail will be sent you after Entering developer
member’s Information. Please check your E-mail and
confirm the message.

Click the Email Activation button, then the
registration is completed.

Once you complete the process of registration via E-
mail, you can enjoy AppZil developer services.
※ Please note, Business members should submit
some business-related documents. Business
members can enjoy our services after approval of
Master.

10. 3. Application Details
Dev.AppZil.vn 3-1. Process of Item Registration
① Registration of General information
Register package name and app name. Then,
appcode(AID) is created.

② Registration of detailed information
※ Create appcode 1 Registration of Register detailed information, screenshots and
Basic Info binary file, etc.

app is changed to ‘Pending’. Now, you can sell app by

Location : Home> Application Regist> General Info
Registration of application #1, you should enter
general information in this stage.
You can go next stage after getting appcode (AID) by
enter general information.
1 ① Navigation tab for each info
There are 4 menu.(General info, Details, App Image,
Version)
2 You can enter additional information in this menu
after creating AID by enter general info.

② Application Title

Register package name of application.
If same package name is already registered, you can’t
4 register the application. And you can’t revise

⑤ Request Inspection
After creation of AID, ‘Request Inspection’ is
activated.
⑥ State of progress
You can check current state of progress of registered

Register all image files of application.
You can make image file name by only English
alphabet and numbers. You can’t use other letters or
marks.

Location : Home> Application Regist> Register file
You can register binary file(APK) and manage version
information in this tab.
If registered Binary file is under inspection, you can’t
register new version of binary file.

Select this tap when you want to register binary file
for the first time or update version.
2 ② Version Code
3 Register version code by integer like 0~9.
Not be allowed to register overlapping version code

with previous one.

③ Version Name
Register version name.
④ Binary File
6 Register binary file(APK file) of the version.
⑤ List of Registered Version
You can check registered version from the first
version to the latest version.
You can remove the list of returned version.

Location : Home>Application> Status
Developer can search and modify his all registered
application information.
① Search apps according to status
You can search apps according to app status.
1 ② App Name/Category
Once you click this column, it moves to details
3 4 5 screen. Then you can register and read review.

③ Inspection details
You can search inspection history, details and return
reason for each application.
④ App Status
You can see the status of application.(Registering,
Requesting Inspection, On Sale, etc.)
⑤ Modify
You can modify application and sales status.
- In case of ‘Pending’ or ’Paused’
: Once you click ‘Start to sale’ button, app status
changes into ‘On Sale’, and Users can enjoy the
application.
- In case of ’On Sale’
: Once you click ‘Stop of Sale’ button, app status
changes into ‘Paused’, and Users couldn’t see the
application.

You can modify detailed information of application.
But, you couldn’t modify some part of whole
information you registered for the first time. (first
category, package name, game rating, etc.)

Location : Home>Application> Application Edit> Version
To update version, additional inspection should be
done. Once developer register update information,
AppZil should inspect the version and
approve/return the version. User can install
1 approved version as soon as AppZil approve update
version.

Click version tab and update a version.

② Registration of Version Information
Please register updated version code, version name
and binary file.
Not be allowed to register overlapping version code
with previous one.
③ List of Registered Version
You can check registered version from the first

④ Condition of Inspection
-Registering : Inspection isn’t complete
-Returned : Update version is returned.
You can check the reason in Inspection history. -
Approval : Update version passed inspection.
⑤ Delete details
You can remove registered version from the list.

-Receipt : No one answer to questions.
-Complete : You or AppZil already answer to it.

Business members can check their business
information, but they can’t change it directly.

If you want to delete your developer account, please
request it with the reason.
Then, it is approved according to process.
