CLEO 2015 - At the Edge of Innovation in Lasers and Photonics
Six Nobel Laureates and Two Laser Luminaries Discuss Trends in Optics
and Microscopy during CLEO Plenary Programs
CLEO, respected worldwide as the premier laser and photonics technical
conference and exhibition, has represented the pinnacle of science and
innovation for nearly 40 years. Well-known for its world-renowned
peer-reviewed program, CLEO unites the field of lasers and
electro-optics by bringing together all aspects of laser technology and
offers high-quality content featuring breakthrough research and applied
innovations.
"CLEO 2015 attendees have the opportunity to hear and present
groundbreaking research, share ideas, and network with colleagues and
luminaries," said Yu Chen, general co-chair, University of Maryland.
"We're very excited to add these Nobel winning speakers, several of whom
are making their first appearance at CLEO, to an already strong
conference agenda."
Eric Mottay, general co-chair, Amplitude Systèmes, added "The 2015
conference will showcase many of the new and innovative technologies and
services that are changing the face of photonics today. Organizing a
successful CLEO conference each year is an enormous task that is
under-taken by many volunteers. We would like to thank these volunteers
for making it possible for CLEO to continue as the premier lasers and
photonics conference and exhibition."
