This is part of
Watson’s
display, a
beauty and
personal care
store.
I guess what I could
have done better for the
displays are the
following:
1. Dress up the side
panels to this
gondola/end cap
display so that the
passers by can see.
2. The header or top
board can be lighted, or
can play a tune or can
3. A music might also be
needed. This is to
attract the customers
attention to the product.
• Before entering the store:
The store is widely open for customers to come in. It makes me feel
welcome because it is well lighted and there are several promo girls
who invite you to come in to the store. I generally have the
impression that the store is very accommodating and a one-stop
shop personal care hub.
 Environment:
The store is very well lighted and maintained. The only setback
maybe few cash registers and long line before you can pay.
• Personnel:

The staff are friendly. When asked, they will help you in finding out
the brands that you need.
• Customers:

The customers here do their shopping individually because they are
shopping for their “personal items” for their personal care needs.
Mostly women who despite knowing what they already want, will
continue to explore similar type of brands so long as the out-of-
pocket concern is manageable.
