Who is the True Volunteer Foundation (TVF)?
TVF supports the corporate sector in fulfilling its
Corporate Social Responsibility objectives. The
broader acceptance of philanthropy means that
simply writing a cheque to a local charity is no
longer deemed acceptable for many companies.
Many Boards and industry standards (i.e. ISO
9001 2040) now expect a robust corporate giving
strategy with structured processes and measured
deliverables.
Why are their principles unique?
The Foundation is run by True Volunteers TM who
agree to Pay to Work TM. This means no wages, com-
missions or administration costs can be deducted
from any funding received. As a result, TVF provides
a service to its sponsors and small charities with
a cost base of approximately £1,000 per annum.
TVF’s objectives are not commercial but charitable
in nature and each new project undertaken has a
direct cost implication to its members.
TVF can support a Corporate Social Responsibility
strategy effectively at zero cost. An experienced
team effectively pays for the privilege to provide a
groundbreaking charitable service to the corporate
sector and high net worth individuals. Donors or
employees can become involved in a project and
have free access to visit the project anytime.
