Persuaded client on a vision of converting a run-down theater property into

together and with a team of design engineers made the vision reality.

2 Tbsp Thai yellow curry paste
1 can chicken broth (wf)
5 cups coconut milk
4 red potatoes diced
2 tsp sea salt
2 bell peppers
1 cup green beans
1 carrot peeled and
sliced into matchsticks
1 zucchini washed
sliced into matchsticks

2 16oz pkgs of brown rice macaroni
1 In a large bowl mix the cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt,
and pepper to taste, and 2 cups of the milk and mix well.
(For creamier noodles add 3 cups of milk).
2 As per package instructions boil the noodles, rinse, drain,
and then add them into the bowl with the cheese mixture
and stir thoroughly.
3 Finally add the rest of the chicken broth and coconut milk
