(Assumptive Personas do not help in eliminating subjectivity)
If she has a life beyond a design artifact
If conversations about the product factor her requirements, mindset,
expertise and temperament
If an anti-persona exists (someone who isn’t the target user)
She complains that the product team’s likes and dislikes don’t matter
much to her
