This document is a resolution issued by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Oman that amends licensing fees for telecommunications services. It consists of four articles: Article 1 amends the licensing fees as detailed in an attached table; Article 2 requires all concerned parties to implement the resolution; Article 3 repeals any conflicting provisions; and Article 4 states the resolution will be published and take effect on January 1, 2009. The attached table lists the new first-time and annual licensing fees for different classes and types of telecommunications services.

Issuing Licensing Fees for the Provision of Telecommunications
Services
Pursuant to the Telecommunications Regulatory Act issued by the Royal Decree No.
30/2002 and;
The Executive Regulation issued by Resolution No. 144/2008 and;
The approval of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority dated 16th
November
2008 and;
Based on the exigencies of the public interest;
It is resolved:
Article 1 The licensing fees for the provision of telecommunications services shall
be amended as in the attached table.
Article 2 All concerned shall execute this resolution each in his area of jurisdiction.
Article 3 All provisions contravening this resolution shall be repealed.
Article 4 This resolution shall be published in the Gazette and shall become
operative as of 1.1.2009.
