3. • New Haven's founder David Levine invented
the first machine made furniture moving pad
more than 100 years ago.
4. • Since then, New Haven's exacting standards
have never changed. We use a blend of
poly/cotton fabric for our finest models #55
Dreadnaught and #99 Carrier furniture
moving pads. The poly/cotton construction
allows for durable, yet smooth finished and
longer lasting furniture movers pads. Each of
these models has a finished weight of 80 lbs.
5. • New Haven's model #90 Premium Standard
weight (80 lbs.) and #70 Premium Medium
weight (70 lbs.) furniture moving pads are
both constructed of long lasting polyester,
and are more economical. New Haven's
model #200 Storage Pad series are
constructed of a non-woven material, and
used primarily for storage.
6. • All New Haven furniture moving pads are quilted
with a sharp chevron pattern, finished with
double stitched binding, and square corners. The
standard cut size of all furniture movers pads is
72" x 80", and the standard color is Dark
Blue/Light Blue. Orders for custom fabrication of
sizes, imprinted binding and special colors
welcome.
