Logistics Lowdown
• Pillow Blowing:
As a vertically integrated facility, you have the choice and the convenience
of having your imported pillows blown domestically. This aspect of domestic
manufacturing cuts down on shipping costs and expedites a more reliable
shipping process. We use recycled fibers as well as microfibers like that of goose down.
We have over 25 years experience in utilizing both recycled and 100% polyester fibers.
• Comforter/Bed in a Bag:
We are fully equipped to provide comforter filling along with
bed in a bag capabilities. Our-state-of-the-art technology allows us
to make the batting, insert it into the comforter, sew up the edges and
produce the quilting. We pack, label and ship to your specifications.
• Contract Weaving:
Our jacquard looms produce tapestry, matelassé, damask and more in
widths from 54" to 102". You provide us with the design or utilize our team
of expert designers to customize a design or work with our existing artwork.
• Manufacturing & Distribution:
Our manufacturing facilities offer quick response, shorter lead times,
smaller run sizes for smaller minimums. Our warehousing and distributions
capabilities include product fulfillment, shipment to consolidation points,
regional stores and customer drop shipping. There are approximately one million
