I've been speaking myself now for over 25 years but previously, I too used to suffer with speaking nerves. I'm just publishing my first book on Amazon: Befriending The Bear of Public Speaking: Overcome Your Fear and Speak With Confidence. I live in Plymouth, Devon and enjoy letting off steam through Salsa dancing and other Latin dances.
