You you know what I mean, You join the network marketing company or home-based business
and all of a sudden your sponsor goes into the witness protection program.
I think we've all had that happen. The question is how do you handle that? Should you keep
doing the home business, should you jump with them you know if they go somewhere else?
Should you follow them? So there's a there's a couple things probably running through your
mind if this is happening at any point in your time in in your life right now so here is my advice to
you.
I believe that you should have a rock solid vision! You should have a a rock-solid vision of
where you
want to be. So if you joined the company, and sometimes when you join a company, you've
got picked the company based on where they're going. You know, the vision of the company.
If you don't have a company that has a strong vision and plan to improve or to become the
best, then your vision is actually going to drop as well. In the video above, Mike explains how
he was actually a part of one company where the company owner started a competing

company that competed with his current company and had the same exact type of products and
everything.
That right there told him that there was no real vision. Now in that case it wasn't his upline who
quit it was actually the company owner who quit. So in that kind of situation, if their vision is
completely lost, that business is not going to go anywhere, it's not going to improve, it's not
going to help their distributors. If it is not going to do things for you then yes I would leave that
company.
But here's the deal. If the owner of the company you are currently in has a strong vision of
where they're going and your sponsor quits and go somewhere else for whatever reason, there
is no reason to follow them. If you have a strong desire to learn, I can tell you right now, I have
been successful in every single company that I have been a part of , Im talking about on a small
scale not a huge scale without my sponsor!
What If My Upline Quits? Do you really Need them?
Don't be a follower. If you are going to build a business, stick with it! Pick a team like the one I
am on where it does not matter who your sponsor is or if they are actively helping you. Why?
Because on The Prosperity Team we have hundreds of leaders who help each other!
I have honestly never seen such a large community of great leaders who know that there is
enough abundance for everyone and they are happy to share what works to make money! In a
team like this you say "so what if my upline quits! ' It really does not matter. When you have
literally hundreds of mentors ready, willing and able to help all members of the team/community,
as long as you have the will to succeed and the attitude to take what those on the team who are
successful and do what they do, You'll be successful too!
Now I'm not just talking about doing the things that you think are good because what have you
earned so far with what you've been doing? Pick one or several mentors in the Prosperity team
and do exactly what they are doing! Drop your ego at the door and learn and take massive
action!
Anyone can have success in this industry and it does not matter who your sponsor is! If you can
plug into a team of like we have that supports everyone and share content and techniques ,
obviously that will help you get success faster but it really all depends on your vision.
