Project Summary:
Prior to the client’s RBSI (Retail Banking
Store Initiative) program which used a nation-
wide prototype developed by another architect,
the bank looked to Oculus to design and im-
plement what at the time was supposed to be a
new Midwest prototype. Two of these banks
were built both on time and under budget.
Once the new prototype RBSI building was
developed we were retained to provide imple-
mentation services throughout the Midwest for
additional banks in Texas, Missouri, Kansas,
and Illinois.
