instructions for the Avatar program

1. Creating
Avatars

2. Admin logs in and goes to the “Avatar Program” Tab

3. Admin needs to select an option from each category tier

4. Admin selects an option from category tier 1

5. Admin selects an option from category tier 2

6. Admin selects an option from category tier 3

7. Admin can create “New Primary Folder” or Select and “Existing one”

8. For this example, Admin will create a New Primary Folder, “Mr. John”

9. The next window shows all the “Sub-Folders” Admin has created
(sub-folder are the same for each “primary Folder” created).

10. Admin clicks the “UPLOAD LINK” of a Sub-Folder, and it opens the file
browser.

11. Admin selects the files they want and click the “UPLOAD” Button.

12. Admin clicks the “DELETE LINK” of a Sub-Folder, and it opens the file
browser.

13. After Admin selects the files they want, and click the “DELETE” Button,
the files selected are deleted permanently.

14. If Admin Double Clicks a folder Icon, it shows the contents. (If that’s
not possible, then make a “VIEW” Link.

15. Once Admin double clicks a folder, the files in folder are displayed in a
three column format.

16. Column 1: All Sub-folders for this
Avatar.
Column 2: All Files uploaded to the
selected “Sub-Folder” clicked by
Admin.
Column 3: The display of the piece(s)
selected to show end results.

17. Please Note a special ADMIN function: the move object key.

18. If Admin Selects a file in column 2, they can move the file to fit in place,
save it, and that’s how the user will access it when creating avatars.

19. Notice: Arm #2 lines up correctly.

20. But, Arm #3 DOES NOT.

21. Admin can push the “Down Arrow Button,” to
move the arm DOWN…

22. Then, Admin can push the “Right Arrow
Button,” to move the arm to the RIGHT…

23. Now the arm is aligned where the user will USE IT.

24. So Admin can Save, and it will always be in that position when
a User clicks it to the “Display Board” for creating their avatar.

25. Once Admin is
done, they can go
back to the “Sub-
Folders” Screen

26. If Admin Clicks the EDIT link of the “Sub-Folder Section” Admin can
reorder the display of the LAYERS in the avatars.

27. The Sub-Folders are arranged in “Order of upload” but Admin can rearrange the
order of the display of these layers (This change is applied to all “Primary Folders”).

28. Now Admin can select a file...

29. …and use the “MOVE UP” and “MOVE DOWN” buttons to
rearrange the sub-folders.

30. …and use the “MOVE UP” and “MOVE DOWN” buttons to
rearrange the sub-folders.

31. …and use the “MOVE UP” and “MOVE DOWN” buttons to
rearrange the sub-folders.

32. …and use the “MOVE UP” and “MOVE DOWN” buttons to
rearrange the sub-folders.

33. When the User
is creating the
Avatars

34. The User clicks the Navigation Bar tab for “AVATARS”

35. The User Needs to select the location of PLACEMENT from
the 3-tier system.

36. Allow the user to select from the available “AVATARS” for the Category
tier combination (“Primary Folders” Admin created).

37. The user has selected “Mr. John.”

38. It now opens the
“Avatar Creator
screen for the
Avatar selected”

39. The 1st column: “The Parts”
(Sub-Folders Admin uploaded)

40. The 2nd column: “The files Available”
(The images Admin uploaded for this “Sub-Folder”)

41. The 3rd column: “The Avatar display”
(Showing the Display of what the avatar with the selections will look like)

42. User selects an option from the 1st column: “The
Parts”

43. Now, files that Admin uploaded for this avatar are
available in column 2.

44. The user selects one of the files from the image
column.

45. That image is displayed in the “Display” column.

46. User can “SAVE” and NAME this avatar for the file, or
“DISCARD” at any time.

47. The user selects
one piece for
each “Sub-Folder”

48. Once AT LEAST ONE
FILE for each subfolder
is selected, a new
button is available:
“SAVE & PUBLISH”

49. This function
allows ANY USER
to VIEW in the
AVATAR FOLDER

50. Once, a single avatar is
created for a “Primary
file” Admin has
uploaded, one last drop
down menu is available.

51. This menu is available “AFTER AT LEAST ONE AVATAR IS CREATED” The
files made available in this drop-down are the titles the users created.

52. The menu can have unlimited files with the “Part Combinations” that
users have created.
