The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

- Vmax(m/s): Vận tốc lớn nhất của băng tải.
- Min Belt Load(kg/m): Giới hạn khối lượng nhỏ nhất trên băng tải.
- Max Flow Rate(t/h): Năng suất lớn nhất của cân băng.
- Effective flatform Leff (m): Chiều dài hiệu dụng của cân băng.
- Max Weight (kg): Khối lượng lớn nhất của loadcell. Giá trị này phải đặt giống
với giá trị cài đặt trên đầu cân XK3101(n).
- Choose Speed: Nút chọn tốc độ phản hồi the Inverter/Encoder.
Lựa chọn chế độ điều khiển và phản hồi:
- Remote Control: Chọn chế độ điều khiển cân Local/Remote. Local: điều
khiển cân tại chỗ ( màn hình HMI ). Remote: điều khiển cân từ trung tâm
(CCR).
- Speed control by: Chọn chế độ phản hồi vận tốc bằng Inverter/Encoder.
Inverter: Phản hồi vận tốc theo giá trị phản hồi của biến tần. Encoder: Phản
hồi vận tốc theo giá trị phản hồi từ encoder giám sát đầu trục động cơ.
- Weight feeder mode: Chọn chế độ hoạt động Gravimetric mode/ Volumetric
Mode. Gravimetric mode: Cân làm việc ở trạng thái bình thường, tự động
điều chỉnh tốc độ theo năng suất đặt. Volumetric Mode: Chạy ở tần số cố
định, chỉ chọn khi cần thiết hoặc khi hiệu chuẩn cân.

Chọn cân ở chế độ Gravimetric đặt năng suất cân ở PV(t/h) nhấn STOP để
chạy cân,tổng khối lượng nguyên liệu chạy được ở Counter weight(t),đạt khối
lượng mong muốn nhấn START để dừng cân, nhập khối lượng thực tế cân được
vào Actual Weight(t), sau đó nhấn CALCUTATE để tính toán,nhấn
ACCEPT để chấp nhận hệ số C mới ở Range correction .
8. BIN CALIBRATION:
- Analog feedback : Phản hồi tính hiệu analog.
- Balance Standerd: Khối lượng tạ chuẩn khi đối chứng lại.
- Calculator : Tính toán hệ số C cho đầu cân.
- Accept: Chấp nhận hệ số mới.

2.1. Giới thiệuchung:
XK3101(N) là bộ hiển thị trọng lượng, được ứng dụng cho những ứng dụng
điều khiển công nghiệp. XK3101(N) kết hợp cả hiển thị trọng lượng và tín hiệu tương tự
với nhau. Tín hiệu của nó thực hiện chính xác trong bộ chuyển đổi A/D chính xác cao
với 24 bít, và đầu ra của tín hiệu tương tự chuyển đổi với 16 bít. Vỏ của nó là một hộp
nhỏ bằng nhôm, dễ dàng để lắp đặt bên tủ điều khiển. Nó được sử dụng rộng rãi trong hệ
thống cân của ngành xi măng, hóa học, công nghiệp luyện kim.
Đặc điểm kỹ thuật chính:
- ∑-∆ bộ chuyển đổi A/D , độ phân giải 24 bít.
- Tốc độ cập nhật có thể chọn 6.25 HZ, 12.5 Hz, 25 Hz, 50 Hz.
- Hai rơ le đầu ra, chế độ đầu ra có thể đặt ở hàm chức năng F5
- Cổng giao tiếp cách ly số RS232 hoặc RS485 có thể được lựa chọn.
- Ba cách thức hiệu chuẩn, phù hợp cho hiệu chuẩn ở nhiều ứng dụng.
- Có thể đặt chế độ đầu ra tương tự từ 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-5V hoặc 0-10V.
- 7 bit LED hiển thị, độ cao của từ là 0,56 inch.
- 20 đoạn của đèn hiển thị.
- Giao diện hiển thị độc lập với màn hình lớn.

Nguồn cung cấp:
Dãy điện áp AC 220V, tần số 50/60Hz, công suất tiêu thụ lớn nhất là 6W. Dây
nối đất phải được lắp và không chia nguồn cung cấp với các thiết bị khác, nếu thiết bị có
công suất cao.
Lắp đặt:

* Nếu sử dụng 4 cáp, +SEN và +EXC, –SEN và –EXC phải được nối tắt.
* Khi đấu nối loadcell đến đầu cân cần nối đất dây chống nhiễu.
* Nối dây không được đặt trong và ngoài khi đầu cân có điện.
* Tránh các trường hợp nhiễu từ cho đầu cân và loadcell.
* Hàn điện và các thao tác về điện tránh xa khu vực bố trí đấu cân và loadcell.
Ngăn chặn các nguy cơ về sét.

“F1”

STEP 3: Nhấn để chọn chế độ thích hợp
STEP 4: Nhấn phím để chọn chế độ hiệu chuẩn.
Màn hình chỉ thị đây là giá trị phân chia.

Nhấn để chọn giá trị phân chia thích hợp.
Nhấn để chuyển sang bước tiếp theo.
STEP 5: Màn hình chỉ thị đây là giá trị giới hạn cân của loadcell.
Nhấn để chọn thay đổi giá trị.
Nhấn để nhập giá trị.
Sau khi hoàn thành, nhấn để chuyển sang bước tiếp theo.
STEP 6: Màn hình hiển thị nghĩa là hiệu chuẩn Zero.
Hãy loại bỏ những thành phần ảnh hưởng đến quá trình hiệu chuẩn không tải.
Nhấn màn hình hiển thị “-----------”
Nếu không có lỗi xảy ra, tự động chuyển sang bước tiếp theo.
STEP 7: Màn hình hiển thị , hãy đặt trọng lượng chuẩn lên cân.
Nhấn màn hình hiển thị “-----------”
Nếu màn hình hiển thị “E8” có nghĩa là tín hiệu của loadcell bị đảo ngược.
Nếu không có lỗi xảy ra, màn hình chỉ thị sẽ hiển thị
Nhập giá trị thực của trọng lượng tải hiệu chuẩn.
Nhấn để chuyển sang bước tiếp theo.
STEP 8: Màn hình hiển thị nghĩa là sửa phi tuyến thứ hai. Nếu tuyến
tính thì không cần bước này , nhấn để thoát ra, quá trình chuẩn cân hoàn
thành. Nếu không thì lặp lại giống bước 4, kết thúc bước 5 màn hình sẽ hiển thị
PASS và kết thúc quá trình hiều chuẩn.
3. Hiệu chuẩn Zero(xem trong phần WF Calibration):
- Yêu cầu: Trên băng tải không có liệu, cân phải ở chế độ Volumetric Mode,
đặt tần số cố định 25 Hz, cân không được chạy từ CCR, bấm chạy cân bằng

nút Start/Stop.
- Để bắt đầu hiệu chuẩn Zero nhấn nút Begin, tiến trình hiệu chuẩn sẽ hiển thị
% hoàn thành tại mục Zero Percent. Sau khi đạt 100% thì hệ số Zero mới
sẽ được cập nhật vào mục Zero.
4. Hiệu chuẩn bằng quả cân chuẩn(xem trong phần WF Calibration)::
- Quả cân chuẩn được sử dụng có giá trị từ 20 đến 50% khối lượng của tải
trọng nền.
- Nên sử dụng hai quả cân chuẩn, mỗi quả 20kg treo lên hai móc có sẵn của
Loadcell.
5. Hiệu chuẩn cân bằng phương pháp cân đối chứng(xem trong phần WF
Calibration):Real Ọbject Calibration.
- Sử dụng phương pháp này để kiểm tra đối chứng bằng vật thực.
- Yêu cầu: Cân chạy ở chế độ Gravimetric Mode.
- Đặt năng suất khoảng 50% năng suất định mức.
- Khối lượng chuẩn tối thiểu: 2t.
- Số lần hiệu chuẩn tối thiểu: 2 lần.
III. Hướng dẫn vận hành:
1. Vận hành tại màn hình HMI KTP700:
1.1. Vận hành cân băng định lượng:
Vận hành tại chỗ cân băng:
- Yêu cầu: Chọn chế độ vận hành là Volumetric Mode, trong giao diện WF
Setup.
- Từ giao diện vận hành chính, nhấn nút Menu để vào giao diện menu điều khiển.
Nhấn nút WF Setup để vào giao diện vận hành tại chỗ cân băng. Trong giao
diện Manual Control nhấn nút Start/Stop để chạy dừng cân, nhập tần số chạy

cân vào Freq.(Hz).
1.2. Vận hành cân định lượng theo năng suất đặt tại màn hình HMI:
- Yêu cầu: Chọn chế độ vận hành là Gravimetric Mode, chế độ điều khiển cân
băng OP, Vận hành chế độ này trực tiếp trên giao diện vận hành chính. Nhập
năng suất đặt vào SV(t/h) và nhấn nút RUN để chạy hệ thống ở chế độ liên
động. Nhấn nút STOP để dừng hệ thống.
2. Vận hành từ phòng điều khiển trung tâm CCR:
- Chọn CCR cho các thiết bị để chọn chế độ điều khiển trung tâm.
3. Vận hành băng tải đỉnh Bin và Valve 2 ngã.
- Chọn OP hoặc CCR trên giao diện chính để chọn chế độ chạy cho thiết bị.
- Chuyển các công tắc chuyển mạch về chế độ Remote để chạy tạo OP hoặc
CCR. Chuyển Local để chạy ngay tại hiện trường.
- Nhấn Start/Stop để chạy dừng băng tải, nhấn Left/Right chọn hướng cho Van
2 ngã.
IV. Các vấn đề thường gặp khi vận hành cân băng định lượng.
1. Cân băng định lượng.
- Không chạy được cân ở chế độ bình thường : Kiểm tra Nguồn điện tới biến tần,
đầu cân…,kiểm tra chế độ chạy CCR/OP,kiểm tra đã về chế độ chạy Gravimetric
Mode hay chưa,kiểm tra năng suất đặt >0.2 T/h.
- Cân chạy không ổn định:Kiểm tra encode ,xung báo về,kiểm tra băng tải có bị
lệch băng không,kiểm tra lớp liệu trên cân có đều không.
2. Băng tải đỉnh Bin:
- Không hoạt động: kiểm tra nút dừng khẩn cấp,kiểm tra chế độ chạy remote hay
local, Kiểm tra nguồn tới động cơ,công tắc tơ,nút nhấn chạy dừng,giám sát lệch
băng.
3. Van 2 ngã:
- Không chạy được: Kiểm tra tín hiệu sẵn ( chế độ local/remote),kiểm tra các công
tắc hành trình xác định vị trí van,kiểm tra các nút nhấn tại hiện trường.
