Writing takes a lot of time and a ton of dedication, but if you have the drive and are willing to put the time
in you can start making money online through freelance writing right away. There are several ways you
can started with writing online, there are tons and tons of sites out there to choose from. When selecting a
site for freelancing you have to have clarity on your goals.
Will you be attempting to create a fulltime income? Or will you be looking to
make a few extra hundred bucks a month?
Whatever the case may be there are several sites you can use to start making money online through freelance
writing.
How about Fiverr? Fiverr is a great site to get your feet wet in freelance writing, although it’s difficult to make a lot of
cash here as it can be sporadic it’s still a great place to learn about dealing with sellers and such.
It can take some time but I average about $60 a day on Fiverr with about two hours of work, not to shabby really.
Fiverrs great if you want to make a few extra hundred a month for most people … But if you’re serious about writing
you need to look at something more long term and lucrative like ELANCE.

2. ELANCE is probably the best route for making money online through freelance writing. But with opportunity comes
difficulty, this site is much more cut throat and can really be difficult to get your foot in the door. Like anything else
though, if there’s a will there’s a way and this way is for those looking to make a full time income online and are ready
to step it up in the writing game.
Some other sites to think about are: Iwriter, Odesk, and Freelancer
So you got these sites …. And you can go to any of them and get started
making money online as a freelance writer right away.
Or if you’re like me… You can scratch working for other people and start working and writing for yourself. Sure these
freelance writing sites are more independent than say a nine to five. But the fact is you still have guidelines to follow,
and are dependent on other people for your income.
Here’s where you can decide to take the same route I did. Choose to work entirely for yourself… And how do you do
that?
