Everyone thinks that doing things at Amazon is easy — but imagine
trying to do an enterprise-level program where you have to deal
with 300+ teams that don’t care about what you’re trying to do.
Amazon is organized into Ordering, Fulfillment, and Transportation.
Originally imagined as primarily a Transportation problem —
instead, it required massive changes to all three areas.
I learned by Amazon Prime Now required a different iOS application
The need for something like “scaled agile” in most organization
