 Provides sales data extracts to external systems such as SAP, FTS, Century Media
Knowledge of ITIL processes like Incident Management, Change Management and
Configuration Management. Worked on ITIL process software like Remedy and Team Track
for Change Request.
Projects:
Search and Report Framework (Development):
Pulse search and report framework is a web based framework build in order to have
business and internal users easy access over artist and label sales. Pulse search and report
framework is a generic framework that is capable of ingesting any SSRS report into it.
Being a generic framework it is being used in many EMI projects like Pulse, B2B Reporting,
Consumer Insight, Partner Insight, NA BI Reporting
Flight Deck (Development):
Flight Deck is a web based tool that was developed to automate and monitor the outgoing
activities in the pulse track. Some of features of the flight deck are :
 Daily monitoring of the physical and digital files
 Kicking and monitoring of the jobs running in the pulse system
 Loading and unloading of files
 Monitoring of audit and error logs
 System performance and space
AMP – Artist Management Portal (Support and Maintenance):
It is a web-based portal designed to provide artist managers with easy, secure access to
key information about the artist(s) they manage, including global sales (physical and
digital), charts information, media assets, royalty statements, news, and third party
web-stats (e.g., MySpace friends). AMP is simply a portal that aggregates this
information from other sources including internal EMI systems like GSS and Digital GSS
(Global Sales System), the International Marketing Charts System, Media Warehouse,
and Google News.
AMP is used by artist management (and, in some cases, the artist) and EMI
employees. For those EMI employees whose job responsibilities include interacting with
artist management, AMP provides a single reference point for information, thereby
enabling EMI communication with artist management to be clear and consistent.
AMP lives inside the shared environment of the EMI Hub, and can therefore be accessed
by both internal EMI users and external users over the internet. External users (all artist
managers and artists) have to be set up manually in the Hub Admin Tool where they
are given a username/password which allows them to log in. Further permissions,
including which artist(s) he/she has permission to view, are setup in AMP. All internal
users can see all artists that are set up in AMP, although they won’t have access to
royalty statements without explicit permission being granted.
GEMS – Global EMI Marketing System (Support and Maintenance)
GEMS application is used to hold all the information (Core music product information)
pertaining to various marketing releases. Such as;
 CD
 Download
 Album
 etc
GR: Global Repertoire contains general information about global releases.
When creating a new release, GR is contacted by GEMS via a message, this message
will have the Search Criteria (Album name, Artist name, Territories etc), this message is
a “request”.
GR then returns a list of available products pertaining to the Search criteria, this
message is a “response”.
GEMS user can select the information relevant to his requirement.
Data from GR then goes into GEMS to form a new release entry.
Any changes made in GR will be updated in GEMS but not vice versa.
GEMS changes are only local to GEMS
Marketing Planning (Support and Maintenance):
The Marketing Planning site gathers and displays global priority marketing plans
including planned activities, planned spend & projected sales information. Marketing
Planning facilitates collaboration on marketing information for global priority acts.
Marketing Planning application is used:
To share best ideas across businesses
To make the marketing plans for artist promotion
To understand target audience demographics
To measure financial aspects
To control Marketing Planning plans submission & increasing efficiency of generating
revenues

them on server. Good knowledge of Service Applications in SharePoint 2010, their
installation and configuration. Used BCS to fetch data from external system like custom
SQL and displaying them in external list.

Description:
Hewitt Requests for Proposal (Hewitt RFP) leverages Internet technology to streamline the
data collection and reporting component of the health plan selection and renewal process.
By eliminating paper and providing standardized formats, Hewitt RFP makes health plan
selection and renewal faster, easier, and more efficient. The RFP is divided into three parts
Utility(Admin), Consultant(Intranet) and Vendor(Internet).
Utility: Utility is responsible for creating the type of RFP. Here we describe the type of the
RFP, type of components to be included in the RFP, how many sections, and questions and
question parts each component will have into it. Once the type of the RFP is created the
administrator will publish the RFP type and then the new RFP type will be available to the
Consultants.
Consultant: At the consultant side customization of RFP, Assigning Vendors to RFP, sending
RFP, monitoring RFP and finally deciding the vendor to whom RFP will be awarded. Once the
new RFP template is created then consultant will select the Components, Sections, Questions
and Question Parts that needs to be included for particular RFP. Once the RFP is sent to the
vendor than vendor comes into the action.
Vendor: Vendor is responsible for filling the responses of the RFP. Different vendors fill in the
responses for the same RFP and once they are done with the responses they submit the
RFP.

AMP is simply a portal that aggregates this information from other sources including internal EMI systems like GSS and Digital GSS (Global Sales System), the International Marketing Charts System, Media Warehouse, and Google News. AMP is used by artist management (and, in some cases, the artist) and EMI employees. For those EMI employees whose job responsibilities include interacting with artist management, AMP provides a single reference point for information, thereby enabling EMI communication with artist management to be clear and consistent. AMP lives inside the shared environment of the EMI Hub, and can therefore be accessed by both internal EMI users and external users over the internet. External users (all artist managers and artists) have to be set up manually in the Hub Admin Tool where they are given a username/password which allows them to log in. Further permissions, including which artist(s) he/she has permission to view, are setup in AMP. All internal users can see all artists that are set up in AMP, although they won’t have access to royalty statements without explicit permission being granted. GR then returns a list of available products pertaining to the Search criteria, this message is a “response”. GEMS user can select the information relevant to his requirement. Data from GR then goes into GEMS to form a new release entry. Any changes made in GR will be updated in GEMS but not vice versa. GEMS changes are only local to GEMS Marketing Planning (Support and Maintenance): The Marketing Planning site gathers and displays global priority marketing plans including planned activities, planned spend & projected sales information.
