 Position: Product manager of wooden furniture
 Duties: Doors, Kitchens, Wardrobes
 Supervise and coordinate the activities of wooden furniture production and
operating workers;
 Plan and develop new products and production processes;
 Analyze the charts, work orders, production schedule and other record and
reports.
Setup and adjust machine equipments
 Calculate labor and equipment requirements and production specifications
using standard formulas;
 Inspect material, products or equipment to deduct defects and malfunctions;
 maintain operation data;

 Knowledge of raw material related to wooden furniture, production

structure or fixture to be fabricated.

3.  Prepares layout using rule, framing square calipers.
 Marks cutting and assembly lines on materials, using pencil, chalk and
marking gauge.
 Shapes materials to prescribed measurements, using saws, chisels and
planes.
 Builds and installs counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors,
building framework and trim.
 Assembles cuts and shapes materials and fastens them together with nails,
dowel pins or glue.
 Verifies trueness of structure with carpenter's level and plumb bob.
 Applies shock-absorbing, sound-deadening and decorative paneling to
ceilings and walls.
 Fits and installs prefabricated window frames, doors, door frames, weather
stripping, interior and exterior trim and finish hardware suc h as locks, letter
drops and kick plates.
