Payables Responsibilities:

entries to make system more accountable.

Provision & accruals, Provision for Doubtful debts etc.
Preparation of payroll, leave settlements & final settlements of employees.
Maintaining the assets register and allocating the proper depreciation on
monthly basis.
Manage inter-company billing and clearing of inter-company charges in ensuring
all charges are timely and correctly accounted and paid for and all revenues
are timely received and making an Inter-companies reconciliation on monthly
basis
Participates in physical stock counting, fixed assets verifications and variance
analysis.
Preparation of audit files and provides all the necessary clarification to the
external auditor.
