Payables Responsibilities: 
 Processing of Payment Vouchers of vendors on agreed due days and as per approvals. 
 Once the payment done making a transaction entry in the books. 
 Correction of entries between sub-ledger and Ledger as a part of month end process 
 verifying the applied documents and distribution of accounts before posting the 
General Ledger 
 preparation of ageing payables analysis & submitting to the manager on monthly basis 
 Reconciling the vendors statement of accounts as and when required and final 
reconciliation on every month end 
 Approaching to new supplier, and opening an account with them for the better 
payments terms and maximum credit availability.
Sales & Receivables Responsibilities: 
 Verifying the customers Contract as received, as per our Profile submitted. 
(Prices, payment terms, Credit Limit & delivery terms) 
 Preparation of Ageing Receivables Analysis and following up the sales persons 
individually. 
 Correction of entries between sub-ledger and Ledger as a part of month end process 
 Confer with customers by telephone or in person to determine reasons for 
overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, service, or credit 
contracts. 
 Recording of receipts from clients. 
 Reconciling the customers statement of accounts as and when required and 
final reconciliation on every month end 
Bank & Trade & Finance Responsibilities: 
 Keeping the track of PDC’s issued and ensures it clear from bank with sufficient 
funds in it. 
 Ensures cheques and cash are deposited in the bank on the daily bases. 
 Making all banks reconciliation on every month end 
Accounting & Financials Responsibilities: 
 To manage monthly general ledger posting & closing, passing necessary journal 
entries to make system more accountable. 
 As month end process, passing journal entries after completion of all schedules 
which as follows:- 
Prepaid Expenses, Prepaid Rents, Housing advances, Employee advances, 
Provision & accruals, Provision for Doubtful debts etc. 
 Preparation of payroll, leave settlements & final settlements of employees. 
 Maintaining the assets register and allocating the proper depreciation on 
monthly basis. 
 Manage inter-company billing and clearing of inter-company charges in ensuring 
all charges are timely and correctly accounted and paid for and all revenues 
are timely received and making an Inter-companies reconciliation on monthly 
basis 
 Participates in physical stock counting, fixed assets verifications and variance 
analysis. 
 Preparation of audit files and provides all the necessary clarification to the 
external auditor.
