I have worked with countless individuals and organizations in times of transition and growth. I bring a unique combination of business analysis, people sense and organizational effectiveness. I am an adjunct professor of leadership and organization development at Washington University in St. Louis, ordained in the Episcopal Church and a practicing Organizational Psychologist. I earned an STM from Yale University, an MBA from the Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis, am a PhD candidate in organizational psychology at Tilburg University, The Netherlands.
