Rai Bahadur Mohan Singh Oberoi (15
August 1898—3 May 2002) was a renowned
Indian hotelier, widely regarded as the
father of 20th century India's hotel
business, was the founder Chairman of
Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, India's second-
largest hotel company, with 35 luxury hotels
in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Egypt, Australia
and Hungary.

Mr. P.R.S. Oberoi is the Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of EIH
Limited, the flagship company of The

Hotels Private Limited, the major

Popularly known as "Biki", Mr. Oberoi is

The Company’s Total Revenue
during the Financial Year was Rs.
1142.95 crores which is a 26%
growth over the previous year.
EBIDTA during the Financial Year
was Rs.334.05 crores compared to
Rs. 257.91 crores during the
previous year representing nearly a
30% growth.
The Profit before Tax was Rs.
87.00 crores against Rs. 88.99
crores during the previous year.
