2. Look Good, Feel Good
Dress up. Not that you (the Indian truck drivers) don’t make money. You
do, by hook or crook. I have no quarrels over that. I will also do the same
if I were short-changed.
My appeal to you is that you make good money. Better dressed, clean
shaven or beard-trimmed drivers receive better treatment everywhere.
First and foremost, your own colleagues will treat you better.
Even the bullish/boorish RTOs, Traffic Inspectors and Commercial Tax
Officials on highways think TWICE before ‘fleecing’ you.
By the way, dressing up enhances your own self-esteem.
What are you waiting for?
Achche Dikne Mein,

3. More to follow…
Hello
Greetings.
Whether you are CEO/President/Managing Director/Executive Director/General Manager of any
manufacturing activity anywhere in the world, you need raw materials for producing whatever you make…
And, when your produce is ready, you need to push that into the market shelves – so that you earn your
DAILY BREAD.
This simple, but basic act of eating your DAILY BREAD will be a dream if raw materials don’t move to
production site and finished produce don’t move to market shelves.
Who makes this happen? It is the hapless truck drivers. But they have been treated badly by ALL of us.
Naturally, they suffer from LSE. Not London School of Economics, but Low Self Esteem.
Help them to change their look. For that you need to step of your air-conditioned cabins/cubicles. Sensitize
your white collar colleagues to treat drivers waiting at your warehouses/godowns and factory gates
(inbound & outbound) with RESPECT.
To begin with, SMILE and WAVE at them… Is it too much to ask for?
