“ RE: R E P L Y ” to your letter dated 21 July 2014 QUIRIES that were
already addressed, allegedly by the Concerned GSIS offices.
Respectfully thanking you for your letter dated 21 July 2014, as you stated in the
said letter, that there are several queries that were already addressed in
several communications issued by the concerned offices of the GSIS . This
quiries eventually became the subject matter of the cases before the GSIS
Committee on Claims (COC ) docketed as Case NOs. 27-2014 and 42-2014 .

In view hereof , your honors please , furnished immediately the undersigned the
copy/ies of the said several communications already addressed by the concerned
GSIS offices. And likewise the GSIS Committee on Claims complete details ( to
promote transparency and insure accountability ) concerning the topic of the
OMBUDSMAN NOTICE of Conference 21 March 2014. ( attached herewith for
your readu reference) , Moreover the advice of the Presidential Action Center
Director Bobby V. Dumlao , for GSIS Vice President -READMO Apollo M.
Escarez , for a sound discretion , in relation to my said GSIS Housing Loan
application. et cetera .
However we appreciate your advice of proper remedy in assailing the said
negative Decisions to the Board of Trustees , as prescribed . but before we
perform that , your honors please kindly resolve first , the appropriate issues of
the said unanswered queries that we send to your good office , just recently .
And likewise to prove to all concerned , that the said deliberation of the same
GSIS Committee on Claims (COC ) members, on the said cases, was not , one way
or another influenced by the said GSIS Vice President –READMO , APOLLO M.
ESCAREZ , And that, the said negative Decisions of GSIS (COC members ) was
done , legally and according to the Rules of Law, and has not committed any
single form of violation of any existing law such as R.A 3019 as amended, and R.A.
67 13 and R.A. 6770 . etc …
Your honors please , if not proven as such, we beg to be excused to accept the
said GSIS (COC ) decision as FINAL and executory . Thus . failures of the said GSIS
(COC members ) and others GSIS concerned officials , to prove as such , and
should reply transparently and immediately to our said queries , we have no
other options but to bring this matter to the concerned agency , for proper
disposition.
