Designing Training Program
Problems to be addressed:
Many companies in Indonesia pay a great attention in
training and development of their Human Resources. The
companies expect that their Human Resource will be able
to support and develop the company strategy. The
quality of human resources before and after the training
and development program, however, could be as follows:
♦ The quality of the human resources shows no
improvement at all;
♦ The quality of the human resources does not show
any distinct improvement;
♦ The quality improves positively, but the cost of
improvement outweighs the benefits to the company;
♦ Improved employee skills are not specific to the
company’s needs.
Objectives :
Having attended this workshop, the participants are
expected to

the training program.

♦ The relationship between company strategy and
corporate training programs.
♦ Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

experience of two years.
